Adrian Del Rio is a seasoned 18-year real estate broker serving the California and Tennessee markets, and co-founder of PCG Commercial, Inc. He co-hosts The Dealmakers Roundup with Carson Jones.
Adrian graduated from UC Davis, where he played Division I soccer, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Managerial Economics. After graduating, he completed a six-month internship with the Federal Reserve in Washington, DC.
His current focus is listing and selling apartments, mobile home parks and RV parks for private owners, families and asset managers. Adrian brings ownership experience to sellers and buyers: he and his family own a portfolio of apartment, industrial and commercial properties in the Bay Area and select out-of-state markets. His passion is helping owners grow their portfolios so they can live a more abundant life and leave a legacy for their heirs.

Whether it's a fully renovated stabilized asset or a distressed value-add property, Adrian brings his negotiation and marketing expertise to the transaction with the goal of a long-lasting business relationship.
PCG Commercial
Adrian co-founded PCG Commercial in 2008 to list and sell distressed properties for asset managers of banks, lending institutions, hedge funds and capital markets. PCG sold over $70 million in distressed properties and notes across California when asset prices were at their lowest, then transitioned to a traditional sales brokerage serving private owners, investors and mom-and-pop owners. Today PCG's core competency is apartments, mobile home parks and RV parks, with offices in Rocklin, CA and Franklin, TN.
Before co-founding PCG, Adrian was Director of Acquisitions for Granite Bay Holdings, LLC. He has closed transactions involving institutional multifamily, manufactured housing, industrial, retail, office, condominium projects, assisted and independent living, self-storage, and various types of land development.
