Carson Jones is the founder of Passive Investments, bringing investment experience, market knowledge and capital relationships to commercial real estate. He co-hosts The Dealmakers Roundup with Adrian Del Rio.
With 18 years as an entrepreneur and 12 years focused on passive investing, Carson looks at every opportunity the way an owner would: the cash flow, the risks, the people behind it, and what the property could become. He works with owners, investors and developers on acquisitions, dispositions and investment opportunities, and acts as both a broker and a principal alongside equity and capital partners.
His BBA in Finance from Baylor University underpins a practical approach to underwriting, market analysis and long-term strategy. Brokerage services are provided through eXp Commercial, which gives Carson national and international reach from his base in Tennessee.
